According to the Rules of Criminal Procedure (RCr 3.02, 3.05, and 8.01), the arraignment of individuals whose case has been submitted directly to the grand jury shall take place within a reasonable time after the return of an indictment. If you are interested in a case that has been submitted directly to the grand jury, then please contact the court division in which it has been assigned to obtain the time and date of the arraignment.
Larry D. Watson, 15CR1577 (Theft by Unlawful Taking over $10,000)
- Mr. Watson (DOB 3/14/60) is charged in connection with a series of thefts from the Village Anchor restaurant while he was employed as its general manager. Arraignment is scheduled to occur Monday, June 15, 2015, at 3:30 p.m. in Division Thirteen of the Jefferson Circuit Court. Mr. Jeff Cooke is the prosecutor.
Sammy Louden and Cody Wilder, 15CR1589 (Robbery in the First Degree)
- Messrs. Louden (DOB 6/11/90) and Wilder (DOB 4/27/93) are charged in connection with a April 4, 2015, robbery which occurred near the intersection of Third and West Amherst streets. Arraignment is scheduled to occur Monday, June 15, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. in Division Nine of the Jefferson Circuit Court. Mr. Ryan W. Becker is the prosecutor.
