COMMONWEALTH VS. FATIH LADREA TURNER, JEFFERSON CIRCUIT COURT CASE NO. 21CR1950

The Jefferson County Grand Jury returned an indictment against Faith Ladrea Turner charging her with two counts of Murder, two counts of Wanton Endangerment First Degree and one count of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Intoxicants in connection with the June 28, 2021 crash at I-64 and Third Street wherein the car driven by Turner the wrong way on I-64 West struck the SUV being driven by Allen Hinkle head on. The Hinkle’s two minor children were also injured in the crash.

Turner faces a maximum penalty of life in prison.

The case has been assigned to Division Thirteen of Jefferson Circuit Court. Turner was formally arraigned on Monday, September 13, 2021. The case is scheduled for a pretrial conference on October 20, 2021 at 9:00. Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Justin Janes is the prosecutor.

The indicted charges are allegations and Turner is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
