They will also receive an automated email from Pine Technologies when they have material to download for a case. They are advised to add @pinetech.com and @itspinetech.com domains to their whitelist so it does not get sent to spam.<\/p>\n<p>For technical support, contact Pine Technologies via phone or email, listed on the portal login webpage.
