In response to this issue, we have created a Narcotics unit in the Commonwealth\u2019s Attorney\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n<p>This unit will house specialty prosecutors and will focus exclusively on the scourge of drugs plaguing our communities. We will work with LMPD and local law enforcement to address abuse.
